With our new name comes an exciting new chapter

Hello. Our name is Granite Edvance.

You probably know us as The New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) Network, and if you do, then you may know this: We assist students and families with all sorts of things, but one goal is always the same. Whether we’re helping you explore possible careers, complete your college application, file your FAFSA, or understand financial aid, we aim to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. We know that figuring out your future can be overwhelming, and we want to be trusted partners on your journey.

Our organization has been around since 1962 and has evolved over the years to offer many different services, including free career and higher-education counseling and resources, scholarships and grants, and a private student loan.

As we embark on this new chapter, we’ll continue to focus on that core work, with the goal of serving even more Granite Staters.  We’ve already begun increasing our impact in a variety of ways. This year we gave $300,000 in scholarships to 96 NH college students, and next year we plan to give more. Last year, we began offering reduced rates for NH students on our private student loan. We believe that supporting NH residents in accessing their education and career goals will ultimately lead to thriving communities and a vibrant state workforce and economy.
