Students, come get a crash course in the foundations of writing a great college essay! Available every summer and early fall.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll:
- Find out how your essay is used in the college admission process
- Hear directly from college admission reps
- Learn essay writing strategies
- Participate in essay topic brainstorming activities
- Start drafting your essay
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Please note that you won’t have a finished essay by the end of the workshop. If you need more help, you can schedule a 30-minute follow-up appointment with a Granite Edvance counselor to continue working on your essay.
